    Before RYB I was VERY frustrated because I was literally starving myself and barely using my treadmill because I dreaded getting on it, and could not lose any weight. I think my biggest obstacle was making time in my busy day to go to sessions, and once I got started I realized I only needed an hour a day, 3 days a week and the proper diet to make this work.     Before Rock Your body I was in OK shape and did some trail-running a couple times a week. I tried to join a couple of gyms but never felt comfortable in them, regardless of whether if it was an all female gym or not. I have been with the program since January 2013 and I have seen major improvements in my physique. The biggest change I have achieved is more muscle definition and strength. I have also slimmed down 13 pounds and I look and feel great. With the help of Mike I have tweaked my vegan diet in order to get the best possible nutrition to fuel my new body.   • I came to RYB after a 2 year pregnancy.  Don't laugh guys, but I mean it.  My kids are 11 months apart and my body certainly did not bounce back from the first, much less two.  Prior to being pregnant I was 125lbs and went as high as 210lbs during my pregnancies.  When my youngest turned 2, I decided that something had to change, the pregnancy was over and I was 185lbs and literally sick and tired all the time. When I first started RYB, I could not do 20 seconds of anything consistently.  My biggest success is being stronger PERIOD.   It's being able to manage my nutritional intake no matter where I am or what I'm doing and continuing to find ways to stay active.
