Before RYB I was VERY frustrated because I was literally starving myself and barely using my treadmill because I dreaded getting on it, and could not lose any weight. Not to mention the fact that I was a full time working single mother of two getting very little rest or relaxation, and found very little time in my day to go to the gym. I think my biggest obstacle was making time in my busy day to go to sessions, and once I got started I realized I only needed an hour a day, 3 days a week and the proper diet to make this work. I enjoy it so much I try to make two classes a day when possible. I have lost weight, lots of inches, but most of all I am STRONGER and more energetic than I have ever been in my life. I like that I don't need to be there 2-3 hours a day to get results. I love the trainers as well as the friends that I've made and how hard we try to push each other when we train.
